Exchange Policy

At Depict, we take pride in crafting artistic, high-quality clothing designed to make you stand out. We understand that sometimes the fit or color might not be exactly what you expected — which is why we offer a fair and transparent Exchange Policy to help you find the perfect piece.

Please read the following terms carefully before requesting an exchange.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must meet all the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be free from stains, perfume, or any sign of wear or damage.

  • You must provide a full unboxing video (from package opening to product display) as valid proof in case of wrong or defective item claims.

If any of these conditions are not met, Depict reserves the right to reject the exchange request.


Exchange Conditions

Depict allows exchanges only for size or color variations of the same product and subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or color is available, we will process your exchange after quality inspection.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a store credit or a refund (if eligible as per our Refund Policy).

  • We allow only one exchange per order.

  • Exchanges are not applicable on products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Special Offer Events.

Depict does not guarantee availability of the same product or design after your exchange request.


How to Request an Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at depictcustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and attach clear unboxing photos/videos of the product.

  3. Once approved, our customer care team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with the return shipping address.

  4. Ship the product securely using a trackable courier service, and share the tracking details via email.

Please note:

  • Depict will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Exchanges without prior approval from Depict will not be accepted.


Shipping & Charges

  • For defective or incorrect products, Depict will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost.

  • For size or preference-based exchanges, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

  • The replacement item (after approval) will be shipped free of charge once we receive and inspect the returned item.

All exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after the product passes quality verification.


Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your product, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection.
We will approve the exchange only if:

  • The product passes all eligibility checks, and

  • The requested variant (size/color) is available in stock.

If the exchange is not approved due to quality issues or policy violations, the same item will be returned to you at your cost.


Non-Exchangeable Items

For quality and hygiene assurance, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Accessories (caps, jewelry, etc.)

  • Gift cards or store credit purchases

  • Items sold under Sale or Clearance categories

All such purchases are final and non-exchangeable.


Important Notes

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or approval will be rejected automatically.

  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory for any claim related to damage, defect, or wrong item received.

  • Depict reserves the right to refuse exchanges for customers repeatedly misusing the policy.

  • Store credits (if issued) will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
