Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Depict, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Every piece is packed with care at our Bangalore studio and shipped across India using trusted courier partners to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please take a moment to read our detailed shipping policy below.
We currently ship only within India and do not offer international delivery yet. All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible while ensuring the quality of every product remains uncompromised.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sale periods, it may take up to 5–7 business days due to high order volume. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery timelines are 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–8 business days for non-metro cities, and up to 10 business days for remote or rural areas. While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this value may include a ₹70 standard shipping fee. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply depending on your location. Please note that shipping and COD fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real-time. If you face any tracking issues, you can contact our support team at depictcustomercare@gmail.com.
Packaging: Every Depict product is quality-checked and securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. We recommend customers record an unboxing video when opening their package. This serves as valid proof in case of any damage or missing item claim.
Damaged or Tampered Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept it. Take photos and contact us immediately at depictcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number. Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
Undelivered Orders: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, shipping and COD charges will not be refunded, and re-shipping will require payment of the re-delivery charges.
Order Modifications or Cancellations: You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our team. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. If an order is canceled by Depict due to stock unavailability or technical errors, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery Responsibility: Once the order leaves our warehouse, it is under the care of our courier partners. While we ensure safe packaging and dispatch, Depict is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather, or national restrictions.
Important Note: Depict does not currently offer express or same-day delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are only indicative and may vary depending on logistics conditions.
