At Depict, every product we create reflects our passion for art, design, and detail. We want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if you receive something that isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and fair Return & Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth experience while keeping our process secure and transparent.

By placing an order with Depict, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must meet all the following conditions:

  • The return/exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • The product must be free from stains, perfume, or any signs of wear.

  • You must provide a full unboxing video showing the parcel opening clearly from start to finish in case of damage or incorrect product claims.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Depict reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For quality and hygiene assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Special Offer events.

  • Gift cards, store credits, or promotional giveaway items.

All such purchases are final and non-refundable.


3. Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

Depict accepts return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received a wrong item (wrong size, color, or style).

  • The product doesn’t fit properly and you wish to exchange it for another size (subject to stock availability).

We do not accept returns for minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or display settings.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You raised the return request within 48 hours and provided valid photo/video proof.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

If your return does not meet Depict’s return criteria, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered for size or color (only if the desired item is available in stock).

  • The exchange request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The returned product must pass Depict’s quality check.

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose between store credit or a refund (if eligible under Section 4).

We allow only one exchange per order.


6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at depictcustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and attach unboxing photos/videos.

  3. Once approved, our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Please ensure:

  • The product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • You use a trackable courier service and share tracking details with us.

Depict will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, Depict will cover or reimburse your return shipping cost.

  • For size-based or preference exchanges, you will bear the return shipping cost, while Depict will ship the replacement item free of charge.


8. Depict’s Rights

Depict reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return or exchange that doesn’t meet our policy requirements.

  • Refuse service to customers engaging in repetitive or fraudulent return requests.

  • Make the final decision on all return, refund, and exchange matters.

Depict’s inspection and decision will be final and binding in all cases.


9. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or authorization will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Requests without proper unboxing video proof will be automatically disqualified.

  • Store credits (if issued) are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


10. Policy Updates

Depict may update or revise this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy without prior notice.
All changes will be published on our website, and the most recent version will apply to all purchases made thereafter.
